HR Generalist

We are looking for a HR GENERALIST to join our team NATURE MORTE to manage the full-cycle Payroll and Compliance process for the organization. You will be responsible for updating Labour Law and HR Operation management. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all the official Documents and doing proper verification of the candidates.

• Should have deep knowledge and experience at HR Operations.

• Should have proper and deep knowledge about Labour Laws.

• Have knowledge about Payroll management and Compliance management .

• Should have knowledge about Taxations, variables and other deductions.

Job Requirements:

The qualification for this role is MBA in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT and minimum 4+ years of Experience is needed. Knowledge of HR Operations and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to 6 working days. We have 2nd Saturday fixed week offs.
