HR Executive

 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily attendance monitoring through biometric / manual systems.

• Track and calculate overtime (OT) hours as per shift logs.

• Ensure proper implementation of weekly offs and leave policy.

• Prepare monthly salary sheet.

• Calculate wages as per shift hours, OT, night shift allowance, and deductions (PF, ESI, leave).

• Coordinate with accounts team for disbursement.

• Maintain employee records as per labour laws (PF, ESI).

• Handle documentation for new joiners – ID, bank details, PF/ESIC forms, etc.

• Hire operators, technicians as per production requirement.

• Conduct joining formalities, ID issuance, and induction.
