Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for junior and mid-level positions
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and background checks
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support conflict resolution, employee feedback, and disciplinary actions
Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training sessions
Maintain training records and track employee development
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance
Support audits and documentation as required
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives
Gather employee feedback and assist in implementing HR improvement plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
Familiarity with HR software, MS Office, and labor laws
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Flexibility to work in shifts if required by hotel operations
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HRMS tools and hotel-specific HR processes
Prior experience handling recruitment for housekeeping, F&B, and front office roles
Bilingual (local language + English) is an advantage
