HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR database updates (attendance, leave, and payroll support).

• Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, including documentation and orientation.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training and development programs.

• Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.

• Collaborate with different departments to resolve HR-related matters effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement tools.
