• Assist in bulk hiring and onboarding of candidates across departments.

• Source candidates through job portals, campus drives, and employee referrals.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain candidate database.

• Support HR functions such as documentation, attendance, and joining formalities.

• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and candidates.

• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring process aligned with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.

• Familiarity with MS Office and recruitment tools.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced environment.
