✅ Maintain attendance, documents & employee records
✅ Coordinate with field staff and internal teams
✅ Assist in payroll & HR admin activities
✅ Maintain a positive work culture

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & HR tools

• Experience in staffing or logistics industry is a plus

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Must be based in or near Gurgaon
