Key Responsibilities

Support in Payroll activities - Blue Collar, NAPS attendance preparationAttending & responding issues related with leaves, attendance, Salary slip, Form16 and etc.Prepare various internal reports & MIS DataSupport to provide data for internal & External AuditsNAPS Trainee Joining to exit all formalitiesCoordinating with contractor & supervisors for absenteeism, attrition and disciplinary casesChecking and updating attendance of NAPS Trainee in internal biometric systemPreparing monthly billing attendance and sharing with contractorPreparing draft English newsletter using inputs received from concern StakeholdersKronos System Generating reports like - Daily present, Horizontal report, Muster roll, OT reports, Leave reports and etc.Dealing with issues/queries related in coordination with software support teamWeekly requirement planning and discussion with supervisors and contractor
