Our client is a leading Automation company established in the year 2006 & have 30 + Employees & annual turnover is 30-40 crs. The company is located in the Makarba area of Ahmedabad.

Position: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA-HR

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad

Experience Range: 2 -3 years

Office Timing: 9:30  am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday, Every 3rd Saturday Off)

Salary Criteria: 30K to 35K, depending on the candidate’s interview

Description:

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding sessions, induction, orientation, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.

• Manage employee records and HR databases, documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.

• Managing payroll, attendance management, leave management in Myco HRMS Portal

• Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate records.

• Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently.
