• Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame. Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.

• Responsible for paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

• Provide a positive candidate experience through continuous communication and feedback

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity metrics.
