Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in core HR functions. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be flexible and open to professional travel as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Maintain HR records and assist in payroll and compliance

• Support employee engagement and HR policy implementation

• Handle day-to-day HR support and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Must hold a valid passport and be open to official travel if required

• Age: 28 or below
