HR Executive

HIRING – HR EXECUTIVE – FARMS2FAMILIES

Location: Noida

Experience: 0–3 years

Salary: 15k -20k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (field, sales, operations, etc.).

• Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding documentation.

• Support smooth induction of new hires into company culture.

2. HR Policies & Compliance:

• Help maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure proper documentation of employee contracts, records, and compliance registers.

• Assist in statutory compliance tracking (PF, ESIC, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement:

• Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and birthday/anniversary celebrations.

• Collect and act on feedback to improve employee morale and engagement.

4. Performance & Records Management:

• Support the execution of performance appraisals and review processes.

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS data accurately.

5. Payroll & Admin Coordination:

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance.

• Address employee queries related to payslips, leaves, and policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in HR roles (internship/fresher experience welcome).

• Good understanding of recruitment practices, labor basics, and employee lifecycle.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools (Zoho, Keka, etc., is a plus).
