Job Title: Urgently Required minimum 2-3 years experienced Junior HR Executive.

Candidate Location : Candidate residing from south Kolkata can apply

Reports To: Director

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:

• Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial screening of resumes.

• Maintain candidate databases.

• Employee Onboarding:

• Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.).

• Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date.

• HR Operations:

• Maintain attendance and leave records.

• Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed.

• Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.

• Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically).

• Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

• General Administrative Tasks:

• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

• Handle correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Organizational and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields)
