HR Executive

Intern :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires

• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records

• Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events

• Help in drafting HR documents and policies

• Support the team in day-to-day HR administrative tasks

• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry benchmarks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
