Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and must have strong communication and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates from job portals, social media, and references.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for interview updates.

Maintain candidate database and update reports regularly.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Key Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle

Familiar with sourcing tools like Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn (added advantage)

Time management and multitasking ability

Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduate
