An HR Executive manages and directs all human resources tasks, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive work environment.& Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive: Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and execute recruitment plans.& Source and attract candidates through various channels.& ;Screen resumes and conduct interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations:Address employee queries and concerns. Resolve employee conflicts and grievances. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. HR Operations and Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases. Manage employee benefits and compensation packages. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage leave, attendance, and other administrative tasks.
