POSITION TITLE :- HR EXECUTIVE

LOCATION :- Kalyan, Mumbai

REPORTING TO :- Hr manager

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE :- Recruitment and Admin Work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Perform following jobs :-

• Sourcing candidates online, updating job ads

• Develop and execute recruiting plans

• Recruitment for internal team

• Admin Work

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS :-

• Sound knowledge of complete recruitment life cycle

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Technical software skills

• Candidate screening and assessment

QUALIFICATION :-

• BMS or Any Graduation

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :-

• Fresher & Experience both can apply

COMPENSATION RANGE :-

• 12,000 – 20,000k
