HR Executive

• Preparing gate pass of all new joinee and maintaining the record of the same.

• Obtain / Download attendance of all departments get the same regularise in consultation with the user department & share the certified attendance by HR Dept.  to HO for further process.

• Uploading of bills received from HO in the software along with all support.

• Follow up of our bills and update the payment status on regular basis. 

• Preparing of monthly compliance register as per requirement of the principal and submitting the same on monthly basis

• Coordination with all official (User dept.) of Principal employee.

• Coordination with Govt. dept. on need basis.

• The candidate should have good knowledge of Excel including advance excel.

• It is a Full Time रिक्रूटर / हॆच्‌आर्‌ / एडमिन job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
