1.       Well-versed with statutory compliances and payroll.

2.       Manage the entire spectrum of HR Functions including:-
a. Recruitment /Staffing.
b. Compensation & Benefits Management.
c. Training & Development
d. Performance Management
e. Reward & Recognition
f. Succession Plan
g. Payroll Management (HRMS Software).

3.       Enhance Employee Performance.

4.       Provide advice and support to Reporting Head on HR related issues.

5.       Perform general office and admin duties.

6.       Handling grievances
