HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – BPO

Location: Jogeshwari

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for BPO roles.

• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

• Maintain employee records and attendance tracking.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and internal requirements.

• Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, etc.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and performance appraisals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR (BPO industry preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary: Will be offered at the time of the interview depending on skills and experience.
