Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. 

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs. 

• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to interviewing, screening, and making offers. 

• Assist customer in resolving any open requests for support, assistance, information on upgrading etc
