HR Executive

A Candidate Engagement Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to on boarding. They ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Candidate Experience: Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. 

·         Communication: Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing questions. 

·         Relationship Building: Build rapport with candidates, understand their needs and preferences, and foster a positive relationship. 

·         Talent Pool Management: Manage and utilize talent pools effectively, ensuring the right candidates are reached for specific roles. 

·         Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure new hires have a smooth transition. 

·         Data Tracking: Monitor key metrics related to candidate engagement, such as candidate satisfaction and interview attendance. 

·         Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and work to enhance the candidate experience. 

Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
