HR Executive

A BigBasket HR Executive is responsible for managing the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and working with recruitment agencies.

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
