Position: HR Executive (Full Time/Part-Time, Work from Office)

Location: Sec - 7, Rohini, Delhi Office

Hours: Full Time / Part Time - 4 hours a day (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM window, Monday-Saturday)

Core Responsibilities:

- 📞 Recruitment: Screen candidates via phone calls/who visits personally; schedule & conduct interviews

- 📝 Onboarding: Issue offer letters, collect documents, conduct orientation

- ⏰ Attendance: Daily tracking & late arrival management

- 🗓️ Leave Management: Approve/reject requests per policy

- ⚠️ Grievance Handling: Resolve employee issues confidentially

- 📉 Performance Tracking: Flag low performers with weekly reports

Non-Negotiables:

- ✅ Expert English Fluency (spoken/written)

- ✅ 1+ years HR experience (recruitment to operations)
