HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the organization with daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, internal portals)

• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database

Administrative :

• Support day-to-day office administration including supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field

• 0–1 years of experience in recruitment

• Strong understanding of HR processes

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
