Position•: Human Resources Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 to 25000 per month

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles within the organization.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably.

• Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction.

3. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.

• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

• Handle payroll processing and manage attendance systems.

5. Policy Development & Implementation

• Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

• Communicate policies effectively to all employees.

• Regularly review and update policies to ensure relevance and compliance.

### ✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles; experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
