HR Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to manage both recruitment and HR operations. This role involves sourcing and hiring talent, as well as handling day-to-day HR activities like onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for both talent acquisition and HR process management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

• Manage employee records and ensure timely documentation.

• Support payroll processing by gathering attendance and leave data.

• Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

• Organize employee engagement activities and assist in training coordination.

• Maintain HR databases and prepare HR reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations (freshers with internships can also apply).

• Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
