HR Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and support various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and networking).

• Conduct initial candidate assessments to determine suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.

• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company culture to potential candidates.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.

• Proactive and eager to learn about the recruitment process.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

• Prior experience in recruiting or HR (even as a volunteer or campus ambassador) is a plus.
