Position Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the
organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle from
job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (Naukri, Job Hei, Timesjob,
Etc).
Source and screen candidates through databases, social platforms, referrals, and job
portals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with departments.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS).
Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and employment offers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and various sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with HR best practices.
Experience hiring for a variety of functions (technical, non-technical, senior roles).
