• Uniform and clothing management.
• Monitoring employee transport kilometers.
• Overseeing daily housekeeping services.
• Organizing monthly birthday celebrations.
• Arranging hotels and cab bookings.
• Facilitating festival celebrations and ticket bookings.
• Coordination with site engineers and office staff.
• Project cost control and expense checking.
• Preparing salary slips for all team members
