Qualification - Graduate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

Maintain employee attendance and leave records

Monitor biometric systems and resolve discrepancies

Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly attendance reports

Ensure accurate shift scheduling and roster management

Coordinate with payroll for correct attendance input

Handle late coming, early going, and absenteeism issues

Manage leave approvals and track leave balances

Ensure compliance with company timekeeping policies
