HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Regional Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Diagnostics division across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries, with a strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the region – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Partner with regional business and HR leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

• Build talent pipelines for key diagnostic roles such as Pathologists, Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Operations Staff, Sales & Marketing Executives, etc.

• Leverage job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media to attract talent.

• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates for final rounds.

• Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with corporate TA team and external recruitment partners as needed.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.

• Ensure compliance with hiring standards, diversity goals, and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Pharma industry.

• Strong knowledge of clinical hiring, especially lab and field functions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in using ATS, Excel, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
