About Us:

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive who understands the pace and pulse of creative teams and can support our growth through efficient hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and technical roles (e.g., SEO specialists, content writers, designers, PPC experts).

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes.

• Create compelling job descriptions tailored to digital marketing roles.
  

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

• Manage smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities (online and offline).

• Maintain high morale, culture fit, and team bonding among creative professionals.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance (in office or hybrid setup).

• Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and exit formalities.

• Assist with policy creation and implementation suited for a digital-first company.

Performance & Compliance

• Track employee performance reviews and assist managers in review cycles.

• Coordinate with leadership for team feedback, grievance resolution, and appraisals.

• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.

HR Branding & Internal Communication

• Design internal announcements, festival greetings, and team celebrations using tools like Canva.

• Create hiring creatives for social media in collaboration with the marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant discipline.

• 1–3 years of HR experience (agency or marketing sector preferred).

• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.

• Familiarity with tools like Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and HRMS software.

Good to Have:

• Experience hiring for marketing/design/tech roles.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing terminologies.

• Prior exposure to startup or agency culture.
