Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive position in Human Resources for our clients based in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, compliance and employee relations for two to three clients. The role is hybrid – sometimes from clients’ office and sometimes from home. involves working directly under CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions

Must Haves:

1. Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role

2. Willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in any Recruitment and in any one area out of HR operations, HR compliance, salary processing.

• Knowledge of HR processes and policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency MS Office.

• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

• MBA is good to have
