Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically for roles related to Quality Departments in the South region.
- Focus on recruiting candidates with backgrounds in the automobile and manufacturing sectors.
2. Sourcing & Screening:
- Source candidates with engineering qualifications (Diploma or B.E./B.Tech) who have experience in visual and dimensional inspection in Quality Departments.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural requirements.
3. Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and customize recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights on candidate availability and trends within the industry to support decision-making.
4. Interview Scheduling & Candidate Coordination:
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
5. Talent Pool Development:
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles in the Quality Department.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure a robust and relevant candidate pipeline.
6. Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Handle offer discussions, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure offers align with company policies and market standards.
