We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in various administrative and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance tasks while contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Prepare HR-related reports as required.
4. Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge about PF & ESI.
5. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Support managers in performance documentation and feedback processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and HR software (HRMS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
