📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Recruitment: Draft and update precise legal job descriptions, source talent via job portals and LinkedIn, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct assessments, and onboard new hires.

• HR Operations: Maintain attendance records, manage employee databases, and prepare salary statements with accuracy and discretion.

• Compliance & Records: Ensure legal and HR documentation is updated and audit-ready.

• Employee Engagement: Support a healthy work environment through transparent communication, conflict resolution, and timely redressal of workplace concerns.

• Coordination & Communication: Serve as the link between employees and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–6 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment (law firm experience is a bonus).

• Proficient in sourcing tools and resume databases.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment.

• Ability to handle confidential data and sensitive issues with maturity.

• Comfortable with a 6-day work week.

• In-hand salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000, with scope for performance-based growth.
