Recruitment Management (90%)

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Post job openings on relevant portals and social media platforms.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Build a strong talent pipeline through networking and industry connections.

• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per company hiring needs.

HR Operations (10%)

• Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.

• Support onboarding formalities and induction of new employees.

• Help with daily HR activities such as attendance monitoring and basic compliance.

• Coordinate with departments for HR-related queries and updates.
