HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) and reviewing resumes/applications. 

• Interviewing and Evaluating: Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 

• Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. 

• Offer Management: Negotiating job offers and ensuring candidates are properly onboarded. 

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire) and providing insights into recruitment effectiveness. 

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong networking skills, and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. 

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and various sourcing techniques. 

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. 

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends in recruitment performance. 

• Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges and find creative solutions to recruitment issues. 

• Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
