·         Sourcing Rockstar candidates from LinkedIn, job portals & niche communities

·         Screening CVs with recruiter intuition (we’ll teach you how to think like a headhunter)

·         Setting up interviews and candidate experiences

·         Assisting with ATS tracking, coordination, and feedback loop

·         Supporting employer branding + crafting JD copy like this one
