Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business goals by leading recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and HR compliance. • Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

• 1-5 + years of progressive HR experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
