Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Source,screen abd schedule candidates for the interview , conduct intial round of interview , facilate smooth onboarding , maintain Postive work culture through regular interaction and engagment, maintain daily attendance record leaves, balances and prepare monthly salary sheet, maintain employe files and ensure with HR policies , draft and issue offer, appointment letter and warning/releaving letter, help documents Sops for smooth internal coordination , good communication and interpersonal skills require, willingness to take ownership and grow with the company
