HR Assistant

An HR Payroll Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They handle tasks like processing payroll, managing employee data, resolving payroll inquiries, and generating reports. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Accurately calculating and processing employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. 

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information. 

• Tax Compliance: Calculating and ensuring timely payment of all payroll-related taxes. 

• Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes. 

• Report Generation: Preparing and delivering payroll reports and analytics to stakeholders. 

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all applicable payroll, tax, and labor laws. 

• Employee Support: Responding to employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues. 

• Project Management: Participating in payroll projects and initiatives. 

• Collaboration: Working with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
