The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping ensure HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
Support the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
Help organize new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, appointment letters, and notices.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help manage HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information
