Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, calling, and scheduling interviews)

• Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, documents)

• Support onboarding and exit formalities

• Prepare and maintain HR reports (in Excel/Google Sheets)

• Assist HR Manager in handling employee queries and grievances

• Draft notices, internal communications, and circulars

• Organize and update HR databases and physical files
