Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, internal database).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and job offers.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms.
• Assist in creating recruitment reports and presentations as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
