HR Analyst

This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. 

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment. 

• Compensation and Benefits: Administering salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

• Compliance: Staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensuring the organization complies with them. 

• Training and Development: Identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and supporting employee development. 

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation. 

• Policy Implementation: Creating, updating, and applying HR policies and company guidelines. 

• Internal Communication: Creating and distributing internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged. 

• Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews and evaluations. 

• Succession Planning: Identifying potential successors for key positions. 

• Employee Engagement: Monitoring employee morale and company culture, and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement. 

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
