Hr/Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning tailored to logistics and construction roles.

• Implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in line with labor laws.

• Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave policies.

• Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training & development programs.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.

• Monitor site and warehouse safety policies to ensure adherence to government safety norms.

• Coordinate safety drills, PPE distribution, and regular toolbox talks.

• Liaise with site supervisors and logistics managers to assess workforce risk and health standards.

• Maintain incident reports, audits, and inspection records.

Industry-Specific Coordination:

• Work closely with project managers and transport heads to understand manpower needs.

• Ensure labor deployment and shift scheduling align with site and transport operations.

• Support vendor compliance, contractor verification, and labor license renewals.

• Help standardize HR processes across construction sites, warehouses, and offices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, infrastructure, or construction sectors.

• Knowledge of labor law compliance, occupational safety standards, and employee welfare schemes.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and site-based environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Industrial Safety or HR Compliance (preferred).

• Familiarity with ERP/TMS/HRMS software systems.

• Working knowledge of Hindi or regional languages (especially for dealing with labor).

• Crisis management and first-response training experience is a plus.
