We are seeking a well-organized, people-focused HR cum Admin Executive to manage both Human Resources and administrative operations at our Ayurveda hospital. The ideal candidate will play a key role in staff management, documentation, and overall operational efficiency, while ensuring alignment with Ayurvedic values of care and discipline.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, leave & attendance management.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and handle exit formalities.
Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Handle staff grievances and escalate issues where needed.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and hospital-specific HR policies.
Manage daily hospital administration including cleanliness, maintenance, and facility operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, therapy, and pharmacy teams for smooth patient experience.
Monitor inventory of office & medical supplies, and coordinate purchase/reorders.
Ensure visitor and patient documentation is properly maintained.
Liaise with government or local bodies for licenses, audits, or inspections.
Maintain and update administrative files, circulars, and staff duty rosters.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Commerce)
Minimum 2–4 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in healthcare or wellness industry
Basic understanding of Ayurvedic hospital protocols is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and attendance systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, disciplined & organized
Ability to multitask and manage hospital operations
Team leadership & problem-solving approach
Fluency in Hindi and English (local language preferred)
