For the first three months, the company will provide you with a two-wheeler. After that, you will be required to arrange your own

Shadowfax has multiple hubs in every city. Your role will involve visiting at least 3–4 hubs per day. Each hub is located within a 6–7 km radius at most. Every day, there are new joinings happening at the hubs for various departments, so you will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process — including documentation, compliance, induction, and preparing reports in case of audit work. If there is a requirement in any hub, you will also need to handle sourcing.

This profile is essentially that of a proper HR Generalist. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in the HR field.
