Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Manager / Excel Expert to manage customer data, maintain CRM systems, generate reports, and support sales/marketing teams through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and databases
Update, clean, and organize customer/prospect data regularly
Track lead sources, follow-up timelines, and sales funnel activities
Use Excel to create dashboards, reports, pivot tables, and charts
Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness using CRM data
Support sales and marketing teams with targeted customer lists and reports
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Automate tasks and streamline reporting processes using Excel formulas/macros
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate CRM systems (like Sell.Do, Realty Redefined, etc.) is a plus
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage
